Program material is adjusted to be age appropriate for your group.
– Programs are interactive and include live animals for a one-of-a-kind, up close encounter.
– Programs do not include a tour of the zoo, so please allow additional time before or after your program.

Frequently Asked Questions
• Can we have lunch at the zoo? Yes. Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Cosley Zoo does not have an indoor eating space.
• Where do we meet the zoo instructor?
After checking in at the Wild Side Gift Shop and taking care of payment, your instructor meets you outside of the gift shop.
• When is payment due? Payment is due the day of your program upon arrival. Cash,
check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• Will participants be able to touch any animals during the program? While we
cannot guarantee touching with all of our programs, we can guarantee interaction with
the animals.
• What happens in the case of inclement weather? We can hold our education programs
rain or shine. If you cancel a program, we will try to reschedule. However, we cannot
guarantee a date.
• What happens if we are unable to arrive on time for our scheduled program? If you arrive late, you may receive a shortened or altered program, and no refund will be
provided.
• Can younger siblings attend the program?
To help ensure the quality of the program, we discourage bringing younger siblings to the program.
