Our Planet Earth: Art Competition
The aesthetic beauty of Earth for many is beyond words. From the brilliance of a sunset, to the colorful wonders of a canyon, to the numerous actions of the creatures that inhabit this planet. Capturing the grace of the natural world has been a goal of the arts. Artists age 14 and over are invited to participate in this first ever Nature Center Art Competition. Art works will be accepted in the following medias: Photo, Drawing and Painting. Awards will be based on the judges discretion. A fee of $10 per submission is required. Applications for the art show are available at the Bartlett Nature Center and at www.bartlettparks.org. Deadline for application is June 4. Art pieces may be submitted from June 11 - June 12 and must be retrieved from the show by the 20th. A reception and showing will be held on June 13, from 4-7pm at the Nature Center.

Our Planet Earth: Art Show
Join us in recognizing our artists that have captured the essence of Our Planet Earth at an Art Reception on June 13 form 4-7pm at the Bartlett Nature Center. Awards will be presented to the artists at 5pm. There is no fee to attend the art showing.
