Be a part of Flying 4 KIDS, a statewide kite fly! Park districts all over Illinois will be raising awareness for the Park District Youth License Plate program through kite flying and we want you to help! Families, kids, kite enthusiasts and novices are all welcome to come enjoy a day of good old-fashioned kite flying, refreshments and more. Bring your favorite kite or come ready to build one on site with our kite making kits! Come wind or no wind to be a part of this event for a great cause! Free
